1. Introduction

Welcome to Nemeton, a proprietary data API service provided by Unbiased Alpha (“we,” “our,” “us”). By subscribing to or using the Nemeton service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before accessing or using the service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Nemeton provides proprietary trading insights through an API that allows you to access market data, trading signals, and other financial insights. The data is generated through proprietary algorithms developed by Unbiased Alpha and is made available to you through the Nemeton API.

3. License and Access

  • License: Upon subscribing to Nemeton, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access the data via the API for the purpose of analysis, research, and trading.
  • User Restrictions: You may not redistribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise make the data available to any third party without prior written consent from Unbiased Alpha. Additionally, you are prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the API or its underlying code.

4. Data Ownership and Usage Rights

  • Ownership: The data provided through Nemeton is proprietary to Unbiased Alpha. You do not own the data but are granted the right to use it according to the terms set out in this agreement.
  • Usage Rights: The data is intended for personal, internal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed upon. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the data complies with applicable laws and regulations, particularly in relation to trading and financial markets.

5. Pricing and Subscription

  • Fees: Access to Nemeton is provided on a subscription basis. The pricing and payment terms for your subscription are outlined at the time of registration.
  • Billing: All payments are due upfront or in accordance with the subscription plan chosen. You agree to provide accurate billing information, and you authorize Unbiased Alpha to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fee.

6. Refund Policy

  • All fees paid to Unbiased Alpha for Nemeton or any related services are non-refundable. By subscribing to Nemeton, you acknowledge and agree that once payment is made, no refund requests will be accepted for any reason.
  • Unbiased Alpha is not responsible for the refund policies of any third-party services or integrations connected through Nemeton.

7. Data Limitations and Disclaimer

  • No Guarantee of Accuracy: While Nemeton strives to provide accurate and up-to-date data, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. You agree that you use the data at your own risk.
  • Trading Risks: Trading in financial markets involves significant risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results. Unbiased Alpha does not provide financial advice, and the data provided by Nemeton should not be construed as trading recommendations. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unbiased Alpha and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of Nemeton, including violations of any third-party terms or illegal activities related to the data you access.

9. Termination

  • Unbiased Alpha reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Nemeton at its sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in illegal activities.
  • If your account is terminated, you are not entitled to any refund for any unused portion of your subscription.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and you are encouraged to review them periodically. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law
