You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unbiased Alpha and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of Aurastream, including violations of third-party API terms or illegal activity.

8. Refund Policy

• All fees paid to Unbiased Alpha for the use of Aurastream or any related services are non-refundable. By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge and agree that once payment is made, no refund requests will be accepted for any reason.
• Unbiased Alpha is not responsible for the refund policies of any third parties or APIs connected through Aurastream. Any payments or fees paid to third-party service providers through Aurastream are subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties, and we are not liable for any refund disputes with them.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Aurastream at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in illegal activities.
